HGTV Pulls the Plug on Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa’s Shows
It’s the end of the road for two popular HGTV series. Christina Haack’s Christina on the Coast and The Flipping El Moussas, starring Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae El Moussa, have both been canceled, according to multiple reports.
They’re not the only ones on the chopping block—Bargain Block, Farmhouse Fixer, Married to Real Estate, and Izzy Does It also won’t be returning, People confirms.
However, there’s still some good news for fans. The Flip Off, which pits Tarek and Heather against Christina in a house-flipping competition, has been renewed for a second season. Production has not yet started.
Originally conceived as a competitive series between Tarek and Heather and Christina with her then-husband Josh Hall, the show took an unexpected turn when Christina and Josh filed for divorce in July 2024. As a result, Josh only appeared in the premiere, with Christina continuing solo for the remainder of the season.
E! News has reached out to HGTV and reps for comment but has yet to receive a response.
