The Kennedy family once again came together in full force for their beloved Fourth of July tradition.
Spanning generations, the iconic political dynasty gathered at their Hyannis Port estate for their annual Independence Day celebration—and Kerry Kennedy, daughter of the late Senator Robert F. Kennedy, offered a behind-the-scenes look.
“Happy birthday Chris, Kathleen, and America,” Kerry wrote in a July 5 Instagram post, honoring her siblings Chris Kennedy, who turned 62, and Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, who turned 72 on the holiday.
A video showed dozens of Kennedys assembled on a lush lawn, cheering as a photographer captured the moment. The camera then swept toward a stunning seaside sunset, adding to the festive mood.
Kerry also used the occasion to remember her late mother, Ethel Kennedy, who passed away in October 2024 at age 96. In a touching post shared on July 4, she posted a vintage photo and wrote, “Every year, Mum led the annual Fourth of July parade in Hyannis Port from her red, white, and blue-decked golf cart. But she also knew that patriotism means more than celebration.”
