Lizzo’s Weight Loss Meal Plan Revealed
Lizzo, the “Truth Hurts” singer, recently shared the three primary meals that helped her achieve and even exceed her weight loss goals. As she told Women’s Health on July 1, her strategy largely revolves around protein and vegetables.
For breakfast, Lizzo enjoys two scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a cauliflower hash brown. Lunch typically consists of a shredded chicken Thai salad or lettuce wraps with tuna or sliced chicken breast. Her dinner choice is turkey meatloaf paired with mashed cauliflower and green beans, which she makes sure to eat before 5 p.m. due to her GERD, allowing her body ample time to digest.
Throughout the day, Lizzo snacks on Greek yogurt with berries and honey, and limits herself to one cup of coffee with vanilla protein. While disciplined, she emphasizes balance, noting she’ll still indulge in favorites like chicken tenders or donuts occasionally. “I think that’s what true health is,” she shared, highlighting her adjusted relationship with food.
