Savannah Chrisley is opening up about her personal struggles with weight and body image.
The Growing Up Chrisley star recently shared that she chose to undergo liposuction after gaining weight due to health issues, including endometriosis and medication side effects.
“Within three months, I gained 40 pounds,” the 27-year-old revealed on the July 15 episode of her Unlocked podcast. “I was dealing with so much from my endometriosis and the medication I was on.”
Savannah explained that the rapid weight gain left her unhappy with her appearance, prompting her to schedule a virtual consultation with a plastic surgeon. Just a week later, she had the procedure done—supported by her mother, Julie Chrisley, who accompanied her.
“I did it a while ago,” she said. “I hated how I looked. When you don’t feel good about your appearance, it affects you not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.”
