
TikTok is giving its 1.5 billion users more control over their screen time with a fresh suite of features aimed at helping you “control your scroll” and prioritize your mental wellbeing.
Now rolling out globally, the update introduces new tools to tailor your For You feed, letting users manage the type of content they see. It also includes a guided meditation feature, available in-app to help users unwind after 10pm.
In addition to its digital efforts, TikTok is making an impact offline by donating $375,000 USD (approximately $575,000 AUD) to top mental health organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
